Great home with a private pool, garage parking, quite neighborhood on Southside of South Mountain with easy access to biking and hiking trails. 2 dogs in the home and 2 Kids. Kids are here less than fifty % of the time and they have their own bedroom. Looking to rent private bedroom and private bathroom. Living Room and Kitchen furnished. Utilities are not included but could be added into rent for a little bit more each month. Utilites are electrical, fiber internet, water/sewer/trash. Yard is turf, so no mowing is necessary.
