We live in the beautiful 4 bedroom condo with 3 other roommates. We have 2 Sphynx cats and 1 regular cat with hair. We are a very relax young group of friends, artist and DJ’s. We don’t party in the house but we have a very relax environment. and smoke friendly as long as you smoke on the balcony. No dogs. No couples. Already furnished included in price with bed, tv and nightstand and dresser and unfurnished is ok too.
