Howdy!

We have a single bedroom available to rent situated in the West Hill/Southfields area. Only a -minute walk from Southfields station (District line), a -minute Bus ride to Putney train station (National Rail) and a minute bus ride to Clapham Junction (Overground and National Rail) . The property is also near amenities like Putney Heath, GP services & Southfields Highstreet. On-street parking is available.

Currently we are three roommates: David (m) & Sophie (f). We’re a friendly bunch of young professionals hoping for a fellow queer roommate, preferably also a young professional but not a necessity, to move in with us ASAP.

We also come with two adorable indoor rabbits - they don’t free roam the house so don’t worry about them chewing any possessions, they do love a cuddle though!

Our contract is for 1 year, so we are looking to end our tenancy and move out by the end of that year. Bills are £ altogether (Electric, Gas, Water & Broadband), Council tax band D (Wandsworth)
