Looking for a tenant!

Hello! I am looking for someone to sublease my apartament. It is located near campus on the west side, a 5 minute to state gym and 3 minute walk to the bus stop. You would have 2 nice roommates from Iowa State. Rent is $ per month + utilities but I am willing to negotiate. I have all of my stuff ready to sell too, they are in very good condition and very nice things for a really good price!
