Renting out a room in a third floor unit in McKinney. There’s a very spacious living area connected to a dining area. The kitchen has a large kitchen island that’s great for cooking whatever. It’s fully furnished with a sofa, recliner, and a dining set. The kitchen’s also already fully stocked with plates/silverware, etc.
I frequently have guests over for D&D and such, and I wouldn’t mind adding another, so the more sociable the better. Base rent is $, with utilities coming to about $ each month on top of that.
