Hi everyone! Me & my roommate are looking for a female (’s)
to be added to our lease renewal! 2nd floor condo w/ in unit washer dryer & balcony located on east san jose. Our complex also has a pool and spa for you to enjoy. It’s a month lease starting Feb 1st. Rent is $ per month for your portion & pge is usually $ ish in the winter time and $ in the summer (we like to keep it cool in the house) Internet is $ per month (pricing is all YOUR portion) we split everything equally. we don’t pay for water or garbage :) you will also be sharing a bathroom with Talitha!

We like to hang out and go to outings together, as well as use our space for friends celebrations/ get togethers sometimes and cook dinners for each other every once in a while but we mostly buy our own groceries

A little about us: Alexis F is a receptionist and loves to listen to music, dance go to the gym, and hang out with her dog in her free time
Talitha F is a teacher and loves to cook and play video games in her free time


There is street parking for you to park & we usually assign a specific chore to each person to take care of when they can to keep everything fair :)

We will be require proof of income to be considered as well as a credit check (required by our landlord) pets will also be considered as long as they're friendly and get along with my dog (need to meet prior to move in)
