Seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide live-in care and companionship for my 82-year-old mother who has Parkinson’s and some memory challenges.

Responsibilities:

Assist with medication reminders and management.

Provide transportation to medical appointments.

Offer companionship and support.

Prepare simple, healthy meals.

About the Living Arrangement:

My mother bathes and dresses herself and already has a professional caregiver who comes in twice a week for additional support.

Perks:

Affordable rent: $275/month.

All utilities included: gas, electricity, cable, and high-speed internet.

Bi-weekly professional house cleaning.

Private room in a comfortable home located in downtown Bakersfield.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Experience with senior care preferred but not required (willingness to learn is a plus).
