Looking for a room or small home.

Hi, I am looking for a room with a private restroom or a small house to rent that will cost me less than $ for the month. I'm pretty laid back and I will be up work or out of the house % of the time. I will only be there relaxing on some weekends. I'm very responsible, respectful and stay in my own space. I do not speak unless spoken to and I have no issue responding to whoever speaks to me. I am looking for at least months lease. I do not drink nor smoke but I do not mind living amount people who do outside of the home. I am -year-old and have two sources of income.
