Room available in Chicago for one person, near blue line and highway , Irving Park Ave and Cicero Ave main intersection; this is a a very nice and safe area. Rent includes all utilities as well as internet and free laundry, $ a month (+ Security deposit $). Very easy to find parking on the street.

This is a 2 bedroom apartment in the basement, everything is new and remodeled. I live in one bedroom and I am renting out the other bedroom. The bedroom to be rented does not come with furniture. 1 year lease required.

I am a clean, organized, respectful, and have a stable job. I also have 1 clean and friendly cat.

I prefer someone who shares similar traits such as being clean, organized, and respectful.
