What we have: A beautiful, high end home in Mira Costa Estates situated for easy access to so many places. Minutes from , College, Oceanside Blvd, and 5. We are a minute walk to Mira Costa College.

The room offered is fully furnished (all new) with a desk, full bed (with under bed storage), wall closet and large TV. It has two power windows, two power skylights with power shades, and a private entrance. Note: We can move the furniture if you prefer your own.

There is a reserved parking spot for full time off street parking with no blocking of other parking areas (no need for frequent relocating of your car to support use of the garage).

Who Are We:

I am an upper middle aged, former military man. When I am home, I am generally in my office, in the kitchen enjoying a meal, or working on the car in the garage.

My son lives on the property in a separate home in the back of the property. He comes into the house infrequently to use the kitchen and works nights. So basically, I have the house essentially to myself at the moment. A bit to quiet for me, to be honest.

Who are we looking for: A single, professional, clean, quiet person who is a non smoker, non drug user. We clean as we go, and expect the same from the person who shares the house. Someone who has infrequent overnight guests fits our lifestyle best. This is a very quiet home in a very quiet neighborhood. No pets please.
