We have two spare bedrooms in our house in the Uptown Area. Shared kitchen and bathroom are kept clean. The extra bedroom allows you to have your own living room/office/den.

About us: We are a couple in our late 20s both working roughly 8-5 jobs and have a small, friendly, and quiet chihuahua. We're into interior design, city living, biking, skateboarding, and cozy nights of cooking and catching up on some shows. (We tend to use the kitchen for cooking a few nights a week.)

Parking space in our driveway included. Access to super fast and reliable fiber internet included. Laundry onsite. $50 utility fee includes water, gas, electricity, internet, Netflix, and basic household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc.).

Right around the corner from Painter Park, Bull Run Coffee, Nice Ride stations, and a huge variety of restaurants. Walking distance to Uptown, LynLake, the Midtown Greenway and bus routes 4, 23, 18, 113, and 135. Minutes from the Lakes and Downtown.

Only one person, so no couples or kids. $600 security deposit. No smoking or pets. Furniture not included.
