I am looking for a female renter ages .
I would prefer someone who leads a quiet or a
busy lifestyle. Space is not suitable for children. You may have a small pet, but you will be required to pay the security deposit and the monthly fee. You may also have a guest anytime you wish. however, guest will only be permitted to stay overnight. hours in a 5 day. Period. The space can either be furnished or unfurnished. The space is brand new, clean, comfortable, and quiet. There’s a really nice pool, on gym, clubhouse. You’ll be very comfortable here. I am a little bit picky about the roommate I’m looking for and because of this, I am offering the room at less than half of the total rent. I am looking for a good living arrangement that works well for both of us not a roommate from hell situation. I am retired however I do drive Uber a lot. I also spend a lot of time at the gym. I don’t usually get home until late evening's i’m very easy-going and fun to be around.
