ROOMIES: Sorry but no couples, kids, or multiple cats/dogs. Female preferred but I’ll consider a LGBTQ+ male roommate, otherwise straight I must feel % safe to have as a roommate.
LOCATION: The complex is in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Longwood near the Sunrail and i4. Luckily, it’s mins from downtown Orlando, mins from Full Sail, and UCF mins. As far as cool stuff, I’m mins from Wekiva Island, and mins from the beach. I also live along side the mile bike trail.
AMENITIES: The main lobby has a business center, gym, game room, pool, and lounge. There is a general parking area behind the build. The parking garage with designated spaces and on storage units are optional but an additional cost. The building is non-smoking but as long as the rooms are aired out, shouldn’t be an issue.
DOGS: Will accept a roommate with a friendly dog if under lbs, fully trained, and not much of a barker. If over lbs it’s a case by case, we will have to discuss to see if we can make it work. *
The leasing office does require a pet deposit. ESA or Service Animal do not require a pet deposit but will require paperwork.
