Looking for a responsible, friendly woman to share my 3-bedroom house in the peaceful, north end of Healdsburg. This is a great spot if you enjoy a calm, organized living environment with easy access to parks, a gym, and Highway .

’ bedroom with closet, located directly across from the bathroom

Option #/mo): Pics included and kid items will be removed
’ bedroom with closet, located in the back of the house.

Central A/C, heat & high-speed Wi-Fi
Off-street parking
No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking, or pets (except my small, well-behaved dog)
Fragrance-free house (due to allergies; essential oils are fine, but no strong scents/perfumes)
Freshly remodeled bathroom and new carpet/paint in the bedroom
Bathroom (mostly) to yourself
Some garage storage space can be made available.

About Me:
I’m a woman in my late ’s, who works full-time as a nanny. I work from home occasionally.
I love cooking, listening to podcasts on my ear buds, and spending time with my sweet and well-trained 2-year-old pup.
I’m clean and take good care of my home, particularly in shared spaces (especially the kitchen!)

What I’m Looking For:
A woman who works full-time.
Someone who is clean, quiet, kind, and considerate.
Must love kids and be pet-friendly (though no other pets allowed).
Must provide personal/employment references and proof of income.

Split utilities: City of Healdsburg & PG&E
Furnished optional (bed, dresser, TV, night stand, shelf).
$ security deposit + 1st month's rent required for move-in
