Looking for an immediate roommate.
I prefer a female because I have a son who is with me "split time joint custody".
Male is fine as well. Non drinkers preferred but it is fine if you do. Single owner for the property and
he is absolutely wonderful. I am open person and adapt to almost everyone. I respect boundaries and work so you will have your space. I appreciate transparency and respect :). I am a top tier cook as well.
