I am set to move out on January 6th from my basement apartment in Herndon. I had an opportunity lined up for moving in right before but unfortunately it fell through. I have a budget of about a month.

My current limitations include needing first floor or accessible space (I use a mobility scooter shown in pics in stores, doctors appointments - not ridden inside house) need reasonable parking / handicapped parking arrangements, and hopefully somewhere close for me to take my pup out, and I’d like to stay in the Herndon / Reston / fair lakes / fair oaks area.

I was living in a “long term Airbnb” for a few months while I tired living on my own again . I’ve spent the past few years recovering from a condition in my spine, and had to move back home with my parents while I went through treatment. I’m sure now I can move onto something a bit more permanent.
I have chronic pain in my back and chest and I spend the majority of my time at home. I use small accommodations to get through my day, like cooking sitting down on a chair, carrying a heating pad / pillows around, and carrying my scooter to and from my car.

I am not a neat freak but I value having a sanitary and cozy and organized home environment. With coordinated organization and planning for the shared space I am able to be very helpful, understanding and supportive of day to day struggles

I have a lb hypoallergenic miniature golden-doodle registered as a ESA ((vastly different than a service animal)) He is well trained, and would be left in my room while I’m out.(so wouldn’t be wondering around while I’m not home)

I studied industrial design (product design with a focus on/ double major in automotive design) but due to my recovery that has been put on a pause for now.
