Room Available end of January

Description

I have one bedroom available at the end of this month(Jan) in our three bedroom townhome. No paperwork involved. We do split the utilities at the end of the month which is usually less than two hundred each. Very quiet and good neighborhood. We are very quiet and keep to ourselves in our own rooms. There is a garage with driveway for parking needs. I have one small dog and don’t mind if you have your own pet. Would prefer someone trying to stay for the entire year.
