Room for rent in nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to tops, ten min from Canisius, ten min from UB South, twelve min from UB North. We are relatively quiet, have a dog and 2 cats and I sometimes dog sit at the house. We’re tidy and clean. You would have a private access to your room with the way the house is designed. There’s minimal closet space, so there is another room that you are free to utilize, but it would be shared.
