Private bedroom, shared bathroom (with male roommate)
in a quiet, clean home in Irvine. Utilities + cleaning service split evenly between 3 flatmates.
Please no animals, no couples, no children.
Access to community pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and cycling/running trails. Walkable to Irvine marketplace shopping center.
Plenty of street parking available.
Laundry facilities on in garage. Current housemates are female (yo) and male (yo) working professionals, and two cats. We are quiet and rarely have guests. Cats are cuddly and friendly.
I work in a corporate office and on the weekends enjoy traveling, Pilates, yoga, comedy shows and sound baths.
