Description

I’m looking for someone to takeover my room in a really nice three bedrooms/1 bathroom house.

Available for the spring semester (mid january til may, more if needed), the rent is $ for the double bed room, with a desk and closet/chest of drawers. All bills are included (water, wifi, electricity, gas, garbage/recycling/compost).

The house is fully furnished with a backyard (a gardener takes care of it every other month) and barbecue, as well as a dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Located in South Berkeley/North Oakland, it is a minutes walk to Ashby BART station, a -minute walk/ minutes bike ride/ minutes bus ride to campus, and close to all supermarkets and restaurants.

I can also provide my bike if interested (very convenient!)

My 2 flatmates are grad students, super nice and very clean!

I’m looking for either male or female roommate.
