Your private bedroom can be furnished as shown or left unfurnished as requested. You will share the main floor's bathroom, kitchen, and living room with me. Laundry is in the basement, shared with one more person. There is one cat in the living room—no indoor smoking.

TTC and the corner store are beside the house. There is one possible parking spot. Walking distance to the lakeshore, Lake Ontario, Colonel Samuel Smith Park, and Humber College Lakeshore Campus, with many food and restaurant options.

I seek a clean, respectful, mindful cat-loving roommate to share the main floor. Utilities are not included in the rental price, which cost around $/person/month in the past.
