All are students in the second year at the University of Manchester and are between the ages of 19-21. It is a perfect location and a minutes walk from the bus stop and very near to supermarkets like the Coop. We are a one minute walk from the doctor surgery and pharmacist. Mauldeth road is very safe and he location is a three minute walk to the nearby town Withington which has various shops, restaurants and bars.

The bedroom for rent is on the second floor. It has all the basic needs including an extremely comfortable double bed, a desk, wardrobe and draws. It is a well lit room with a nice view.

The house is spacious and has two large living areas and a kitchen. The house is completely furnished with three bathrooms, fibre optic broadband, two sinks, two fridges and two washing machines.

The rent comes to £368 (not including bills) a month.

Everyone in the house is extremely easy going and friendly. The tenants are very sociable. At the same time, the house is an incredibly easy environment to work in.
