This housing is only for USC grad students!!!
Hi! I'm a first-year Ph.D. student.
I am looking for a usc grad student to take over my lease from January until the end of the Spring term .
I am considering moving to a bigger/more expensive room in the same housing since my housemate is leaving.
It is a very quiet and clean grad student house. All of the housemates are polite and nice.
The house is less than thirty min walk to USC campus, and ten min by bike.
