We have had foreign grad students from around the world at different times - this is a very welcoming environment. House is furnished except for your own bedroom. Share bathroom, kitchen, laundry, garage and other common areas with 6 other roommates. Month to Month following 2 month minimum. First, Last and Deposit required to move in. Advertised rent DOES NOT INCLUDE one hundred dollars per person flat rate per month for utilities (heat, light, water, sewer, garbage, internet, cable, housekeeper (monthly), lawn service).
