Private room and bathroom for rent!

Description

I am looking for someone to takeover my spot on a lease at my current apartment. It is a bath (own bedroom and bathroom) at the Union Berkley apartments along the riverfront next to the KC current soccer stadium. It’s current shared with a mid s female who is in professional school. It is a pet friendly unit and she has a small golden retriever who is the best. I would be looking for someone to move in in Jan and the lease ends at the end of June and you’d have the option to resign!!
