Space Available for Rent

Description

I am leaving the Bay Area and trying to find someone to take over my "room." The space available for rent is the living room, which is bigger than the other rooms in the apartment. You will be sharing a 2br 1 bath apartment with a couple in their early 30s and their three kids, which are only there two weeks out of the month. The couple is rarely home.

There are no restriction as to how much you can cook and the laundry room is right next to the apartment. Parking is free and isn't hard to find as long as you are ok with a little stroll. I have like-new room dividers with curtains that you can buy from me for $250, which add a lot of privacy and make you feel like you're living like a king/queen. Utilities (PGE/internet) will be split. Rent is due at move in ($800, prorated depending on your move in date), along with $600 deposit and proof of steady income. Long-term tenant preferred (until August 2016). The apartment is located within 2 miles of Santana Row, Valley Fair, and other shopping. Please reply with some information about yourself and I can send you pictures. Available January 1st, but a week or two early could be negotiated if needed.
