Male Looking for a roommate

I am a freelance sound recordist and camera operator looking for one roommate in my spacious twofloor) apartment. I am also an artist and am using part of the apartment to work on my paintings. The apartment is fully furnished with nearly every appliance and utensil you could need. The building has a pool, sauna and gated underground parking. I am renting the bedroom for $ twelve hundred empty or $ thirteen hundred furnished. A $ twelve hundred security deposit is required. Water and gas for the fireplace are included and the fireplace usually heats the common area for free all winter long. The only utilities that need to be covered are electricity, internet ($foortyfive/mo) and renter's insurance ($fifteen/mo).
