You get 2 rooms for $475

Hello!

I am renting my rooms from January 2016 to August 2016. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the apartment, but you are only staying with one graduate student your entire time. You will get 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1&4). Each bedroom have a bathroom and a walk-in closet. The apartment is fully furnished, so you don't have to worry about buying a bed, desk, or chair.

The two bedrooms will costs $475 plus half the utilities. Usually, I pay between $60-$80 for utilities. There are also a high speed internet.

**As a special for moving in December 2015. I will only charge $250 which includes utilities for the month of December 2015** Afterward, you will pay $475 plus half the utilities each month.
