$293 DINKYTOWN SPRING 2016 SUBLEASE

We are looking to sublease for Spring 2016 semester!
Logistics:
RENT IS $293.75!! Utilities are $25-30. If you want parking, it is an extra $55.
DATES available starting December 12, but can move in as late as January 1st. Space is open until our lease ends August 31st.
WHO IS "ELIGIBLE": we are looking for a couple of girls, PREFERRED U of M or other college students.
2 BED ONE BATH- you would share a room with one other girl. The place is super homey, and the living room and kitchen are LARGE! bedrooms are slightly bigger than dorm room sized.
SEMI-FURNISHED: you only need to provide a bed to sleep in, and then a desk and extra dresser if you need those.

The three of us are really chill to live with: we don't party, conducive to studying, fairly clean place, but not over-the-top clean freaks. Please call or text or me me if interested and I will set up a tour with you.Trust me you will not find any place cheaper and better all around quality!!
