My roommate and I are looking for subleasers for our two bedroom apartment in the Equinox from January first through the middle of August. The rent listed is the TOTAL rent per month, which will be split between two people.


We have a bath apartment and are looking to lease out both bedrooms for the listed price. However, prices are negotiable! (only one bedroom in photos but other bedroom is similar size)

Apartment is fully furnished (couch, stools, coffee table, bed) and we are willing to leave our ikea desk, dresser, and tv stands if interested!

Amenities include: trash shoot and laundry on each level and vending machine in lobby
