Total rent is $1220 a month. I need someone with decent credit who makes at least $1,800 a month. Together, we would commit to a 1 year lease and split bills.

I have a light truck and can help you move stuff. I don't mind people over. Pet friendly. My personal friend and her dog will be living with us for 2-3 months. She will pay a 3rd of the rent and all utilities off the lease. When she leaves we can discuss getting another roommate or split the place between us.
