Bedroom and Bathroom in a 2/2!

I live in a 2/2 Waterton style apartment at Lux13! () I'm wanting to move out in December or January (whatever is best for you, it's debateable) for personal reasons and I would really appreciate anyone interested in subleasing or taking over my lease. I live with my best friend, James, who honestly is hardly ever in the actual apartment (as in the kitchen or living room). He sleeps, goes to class and studies in his room and at night, he'll cook, so basically, I get the apartment all to myself everyday. The apartment has a private bathroom inside the bedroom, a huge walk in closet, cable with HBO, high speed internet and a TV in the kitchen. I also had it furnished, so the room comes with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a desk, all with plenty of storage space. There is also a dining room table with four chairs, loveseat and a couch included, which are in the living room. All the furnishings are black. My rent is $554 and at the end of the month is the utility bill, which is split and my previous one was $52, just to give you an idea. Please take time to also look at Lux13's if interested! It's a beautiful complex and my building is towards the back, so it's quiet with a lot of trees.
