Older house but perfect for a dog owner or someone who appreciates a large yard. Also a decent spot if you enjoy the outdoors...Eastside with easy access to the mountains. Near St. Edward State Park and access to some trails for bikes or short hikes. The rate provides not only upstairs and a private bathroom. I am open to two roommates with some vetting. There is also a space downstairs next to kitchen that you can make your own. Same with the patio out back. With that much space I think is pretty fair for the area. I am easy going as long as there is mutual respect for one another. Most of my time is spent in the home office either working or playing games. I am usually out of the house in the evenings for a workout, playing soccer, or taking my pup down to the park. During the day I'm fairly low key, as I am holed up in my little corner of the house working. Another benefit of this place is the walls are thick and I have rarely had any issues with noise, etc. There's also sort of a private entrance in the back with a key. Hit me up if you're interested! The only space we really would share is the kitchen and backyard
