This sublease is available starting on January 1st, running through July with a few days overlap into August.

$435 a month includes utilities and internet! The apartment is pet friendly, second floor.

It comes furnished via the complex with a full sized bed, nightstand, large desk with shelving, and dresser. There's a walk-in closet, and private bathroom with shower. Comes with washer and dryer in the apartment.

I'll pay for the leasing/application fees, saving you 350$!

The roommates in the apartment are two guys who are pretty quiet and who have been great to share the apartment with.

I've lived here for a year and a half or so, having renewed with the intention to spend out my full lease here - however, I'm hoping to share a room with a good friend so they can move down to Gainesville, which will require moving due to not being able to share a room with an individual lease. It's nice to have the individual lease, though, as you don't have to bother with dealing with collecting money from all roommates to pay for rent each month - that along with the utilities being all included makes it way less of a pain to pay monthly than when I lived elsewhere and had to sign up for GRU and Cox separately.

Within walking distance to the whole of Butler Plaza, including two Publixes, Petsmart, Walmart, etc, along with tons of restaurants. Right on bus route 12, with access to other routes nearby. Has worked well for me without a car.
