We’re opening our beautifully appointed, spacious, warm 3-story end unit townhome in Reston, VA to our very first renter for a top (3rd) floor private bedroom (including en-suite full bathroom, walk-in closet, and adjoining third floor loft nook) for a multi-month lease in . Wifi and utilities included.

Our calm, quiet, and well appointed oasis is located in the North Hills area of north Reston.  Two silver line metro stations are just minutes away, and we are in close proximity to Dulles airport. This home is located on miles of wooded walking trails, ia minute walk to Lake Anne shops and amenities; groceries, coffee shops, retail, and restaurants are as close as an 8 minute walk to N. Hills Village,  close to Reston Town Ctr.

What is private for you:

- Spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, with queen bed, velvet sofa, renovated en-suite full bathroom w/ shower and large walk-in closet

What is shared:

- Home entrance ( stairs up from street level)

- Kitchen (we’re happy to share our pots, pans, dishes, etc.  and know you’ll commit to taking good care of them)

- Basement laundry room with new washer/dryer

- Third floor loft nook (a great spot to read, relax, or eat a meal)

A few things to keep in mind:

- We have a very sweet dog, a 9 yo. Sheltie, that is incredibly important to us. You should be an avid dog lover and willing to occasionally help out.

- The owners are gay males in their ’s, one of which lives in the home.

- Due to sensitivities and other considerations, we are unable to rent to smokers of any kind and/or regular drug users.

- One owner lives in residence may occasionally host social and will inform the tenant in advance of such gatherings

- Background check & references required.
