The place is called Abbey Lane Apartments. It's a 5 minute walk to Fred Meyers and TCC. The place has a gym and pool as well. Here is the floorplan:


The whole place is 1,100 sqft. Your room mate will be a 30 year old student with a pet cat. She is very quiet, doesn't party, doesn't smoke, drink, and very rarely will have people over. She's a student at TCC and works so she probably won't be home too often. She's very laid back and her cat is very friendly.

Theres a small couch/futon and a small tv in the living room, extra freezer, microwave, and a full set of dishes.

Your share of the bills would be:
Rent $560 - This includes water, sewer, garbage.
Comcast $50
Electric $20

Moving requirements for you:
You have to be willing to sign a lease that ends in July 2016. This is non negotiable.
Have a steady job with paystubs for proof of income.
No drugs. Alcohol is ok.
Smoking is ok but is not inside.
