Looking to sublease my room to a student for spring/summer. (Jan 1-July 31)

Apartment itself is on the second floor. You will be getting the biggest room in the apartment, walk-in closet, queen size bed and private bathroom. Apartment is fully furnished with a shared common area. w/d in unit.

GREAT community with friendly and attentive staff. I love it here but I have to move back home for personal reasons.

Rent is $499 utilities & furniture included.
