Need person to take over my lease!

I am looking for someone to take over lease ASAP for my very large room in a 4 bedroom house with 3 other college students. The lease is up in May but there is a possibility to have the lease extended for another year! Rent is $300 a month plus utilities, which have been averaging at $40 a month. This is a very large and very nice college house with friendly and clean roommates. The house also has 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and laundry machines in the house.
