Rent Room in Duplex in Columbia!

Looking for a female to take over my lease because I'm moving out of town. It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath duplex south on Providence. The duplex has a spacious living room, kitchen, garage, and back yard. My room includes a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a jack-and-jill style where I have my own sink and I only share the toilet and shower with my roommate.
Rent is $399/month, which includes everything but electricity that runs between $25-30/month. The Falls has a nice pool and a shuttle that runs to MU's campus. You will only have to bring your own bedroom furniture, the rest is furnished.
If you need to move in before winter break, I can move out as early as December 16th. If you would like to move in at the beginning of January, that's okay, too! The lease runs until the end of July.
