Beautiful Akron Apartment

I am looking for someone to take over my lease in The Depot in downtown Akron IMMEDIATELY and the lease runs through July 31, 2016. The location is GREAT - walking distance from downtown and to the University of Akron.

Rent is $645 a month, and it includes utilities, internet and cable, and parking in the garage attached to the apartment complex.

The apartment is a four bedroom, four bathroom - each person has their own bedroom and bathroom along with a walk-in closet. The unit is fully furnished with bedroom furniture, a TV in the common area, washer/dryer, and a beautiful kitchen.

You would live with three other roommates - two graduate students and a senior engineering student. They are all great guys - easy to live with and get along with.

The grounds are beautiful with a pool, courtyard, two gyms, pool tables, ping pong tables, video games, and a couple of study lounges.
