I have a 4BR, 2BA, 3 level house in Silver Spring, MD which is currently occupied by two professionals 20s and 30s, one male and one female. The house has plenty of storage, free parking, a big yard, hardwood floors, washer and dryer and dishwasher. All utilities are included in the rent ($650 and $850). The house is located about 10 minutes from Glenmont metro and there are plenty of buses 5 minutes away on Georgia Avenue. Looking for 5 month minimum to move in end of the month or December.
