-My current roommate is a girl and super laid back, friendly and fun! She's also reliable with all things $$ in terms of shared apartment responsibilities
-The room fits comfortably a full-size bedroom set (no closet in the room but you can have my rack if you need it)
-There's a closet in the living room and the apartment itself is quite spacious by NYC standards for the price!
-One stop from 125th which is good for shopping and bars
-Gyms, nice grocery store, and restaurants all within walking

NEEDS IN A TENANT

-Willing to takeover remainder of lease - about 6-7 months (if situation works out, there will be opportunity to renew the lease together)
-Willing to put down one month's ($1,050) deposit
-Possibly credit/salary check (TBD - if mandated by property manager)
-Willing to move in by the latest January 1st (I'm trying to get out right before Christmas, but I can be flexible if your needs are different)
-LGBT and 420-friendly (though my roommate keeps any smoking to her room and its not excessive)
