Looking for roommate for townhouse

One room available for rent in a two bedroom townhouse in acworth, ga. minutes from the wade green exit. The available room has its own private bathroom.I am looking for someone who likes dogs (I have two), but does not have any pets of their own. I will be doing a month to month rental for my spare room with a 30 day notice to move out. I will require first and last months rent up front plus a 500 deposit for any damages to the room or home. The deposit is refundable upon move out. I typically work 11am-8:30pm 5 days per week and go to school for the majority of the day one day a week, so I am not typically at home. Besides the available bedroom, the house is fully furnished.
