I have ONE female roommate that is completely ok with having a new roommate take over lease provided they are a clean, decent, considerate , laid back female as well. (they were out of 2 bedrooms so they gave us a 4bdrm for the same price). The running special on 2 bdrm units right now in my complex is actually $529 per person, more than our 4 bedroom unit! I'm transferring schools for my degree & need someone to take over my lease starting in December running to July 31st. You are within walking distance from The University Of Kentucky on the LexTran Bus Route. (Bus stop located in apartment complex.) Rent includes water, sewage, trash, high speed internet, cable with HBO, furniture, access to amenities, and so much more. The only thing on top of rent is the electric which averages $40-$50(your share). So for $525, you have your private room, an extra room all to yourself, private bathroom, cable, internet, water, sewage , garbage, etc. University Trails is a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each bedroom has a full- sized bed, large desk and chair, and a chest of drawers. In the living area, you have a comfortable sofa, oversized chair, coffee table, end table ,dining room table and chairs. All units even come supplied with a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Unit is a vaulted ceiling unit on the 3rd floor with a balcony. Many more amenities such as pool, gym, tanning, volleyball, etc. Move in date is negotiable but looking to finish out the fall semester classes however, b/c of the extra bedrooms, moving in earlier is possible if needed.
