Roommate Needed - Sherman Oaks

Hello! My roommate is moving out to be closer to work and I'm looking for a replacement. Our lease is up Jan. 1, so a new lease will be signed then, but you could move in as soon as Nov. 14th.

I'm 29 and I work in television full-time, Mon-Fri. I have a small 15lb dog, Maggie, so you must be dog friendly - and great if you have a dog too! I'm pretty quiet and at the end of the day, just get home from work and hang out, watch TV, take Mags for a walk or go to the gym. I keep the apartment pretty clean, at least just picking up and not letting it clutter too much, just being considerate of shared spaces. I've grown out of the party scene, but I like having a friend over or hosting some friends to hang out, so feel free to do the same. I'm not a big drinker, but I am social.

Looking for someone who could be a match lifestyle wise and also might want to stay awhile. Male/Female, professional, mid-20s to thirties. I have a lot of the furnishings already, but I'd like you to feel at home and make it yours too, so we could work it out together. Hopefully we could become friends, but I really don't mind you doing your own thing.
