I have a 5 bedroom home, with one room available to rent available, looking to have someone in by November.The house is off of Broad Street (approximately 2 miles east of High Street). We are just a few minutes from OSU/CCAD/CSCC/Capital University and on the bus line.

The roughly 14x12 room is $460/mo,all utilities included (gas, water, electric, and current WOW! Cable setup) and access/use of the washer and dryer. The rooms come unfurnished. We have all appliances, including a washer and dryer. The house is 2500 sq feet, street parking , a front porch, and a fenced in back yard.

Lease options are flexible. I do require a deposit of $275 due with the first months rent due upon lease signing.

We currently have one small dog in the home, not looking to add additional dogs to the household but exceptions will be made for very well behaved dogs with exceptional dog owners. There is a nonrefundable $250 pet deposit. No cats please.

Seeking someone who can pay their bills in full and on time, clean up after themselves, and knows when to pitch in as a group to keep the house cleaned up and taken care of. If you are unwilling to pitch in to keep the house clean, you are probably not a good fit for us.

I am able to show the room most weeknights after 5 or anytime on the weekends.
