Laundry is in the basement. Plenty of parking available. Room includes utilities, monthly maid service and most incidentals.

I have a cats in household: Lily who is a sweet fraidy cat and keeps to herself.

Great public transportation options if you are without a car. Closest Metro stop is Rhode Island Ave. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood as well.

Single people only: no couples. No people living overseas now. Must be available to meet.
