Description

Former roommate has married and since moved in with his wife. He is ultimately looking for someone to sublease through his existing rental agreement, and I am simply doing my part to find an agreeable roommate!

I am looking for someone who:
-Cleans up after themselves and their pet, should they have one
-Is mindful of others' privacy, noise level especially
-Will use the apt as a home, not an animal house
-Short of that, just be a decent roomie!
