I'm looking for a roommate for the 2016-2017 school year. The apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Includes central air, washer and dryer in the unit, and a parking space for each resident. The price includes all utilities. The lease is a 12 month lease that runs from June 7th 2016 to May 13th, 2017, so this could be a unit for someone who will attend class during the summer.
