Private Room (unfurnished) & Bath $650 + 1/2 utilities.
Apartment is furnished (as you can see in photos)
Must sign on lease and fill out aparment application and pass credit/background screening.

Roommate: Preface is for a female roommate. Like to find someone into fitness and health. But someone who also likes to drink and relax. I want a roommate that I can do fun activities with or just chill at the place with. Someone that will end up being my friend.

I enjoy fitness, I am into biking, running and lifting. Plus any physical activity that works you out. I am fun and full of laughs. I enjoy cooking and bake occasionally.
